About the Journal

Website: International Journal of Comparative Labour Law & Industrial Relations (The Netherlands)

Published four times a year, the International Journal of Comparative Labour Law and Industrial Relations has become established as the major English language publication in its field.

In the Articles section of the Journal, a distinguished editorial team, with the support of an Editorial Board of eminent scholars from around the world, ensures a continuing high standard of scientific research dealing with a range of important issues. Major events and innovative practices in labour law, industrial relations and human resource management are discussed. A key feature of the Journal is that it aims to deal with countries from all over the world. The Comment and Documentation section and the book reviews enable readers to keep abreast of the latest treaties, conventions, directives, publications, conferences and other developments in the field.

As a result, the Journal is an essential source of information and analysis for labour lawyers, judges, policymakers, personnel specialists, international law firms, trade unions, multinational organisations, academics and libraries.
